<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cylinder structure of a smokestack that prevents moisture from entering a joint and a heat insulating material inside of a cylinder by perfectly waterproofing the joint, in the cylinder structure of the smokestack being formed by continuously connecting cylindrical smokestacks divided into short-length ones to form a whole smokestack of a predetermined length. <P>SOLUTION: A gap formed between an inner wall member and an outer wall member 3 is filled with a heat insulating material, and an inner edge of a ceiling peripheral wall covering the top of the heat insulating material is erected along the inner wall member to form a standing ring piece 6. The standing ring piece and an upper end of the inner wall member are connected by welding, and an upper part of an upper ring protrusion 7a formed at an upper periphery of the outer wall member and a lower part of the ceiling peripheral wall are connected by welding. An outer peripheral part of a washer member covering the bottom of the heat insulating material at the lower end of the inner wall member and at the lower end of the outer wall member is connected to the lower part of the outer wall member by welding, and a lower ring protrusion 7b is formed at this welded part. The inner peripheral part of the washer member is bent obliquely upward to form a bent part, and an inner peripheral end of the bent part is slidably brought into pressure contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inner wall member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
