PURPOSE: Data alignment method and device for sub-channel analysis are provided to reduce an alignment time. CONSTITUTION: A waveform data collecting unit(100) receives waveform data inputted from the outside. A waveform data processing unit(102) processes the waveform data collected from the waveform data collection unit to be easily analyzed. An analysis unit(104) receives the waveform data processed in the waveform data processing unit and generates a sub-channel analysis result of the entire waveform. A waveform data alignment unit(106) sets up waveform alignment variables for alignment the corresponding waveform data.
