PURPOSE: A crutch is provided to facilitate adjusting the length of the crutch and the position of a handle by a simple one-touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A crutch capable of adjusting length and handle position comprises a couple of the first supporting bars(10) which are repetitively arranged with multiple fixing holes separated from each other; a couple of the second supporting bars(20) which are inserted enabling slide at one end of the first supporting bars; a couple of supporting bar inserting section in which the first supporting bar and the second supporting bar are inserted; a couple of stoppers in which one end is inserted in or removed from the fixing holes of the first supporting bars and the second supporting bars by a linear motion; and a couple of handles(30) which is inserted in the connected part of the first supporting bar and the second supporting bar.
