PURPOSE: An Aureobasidium pullulans L-3-GPY strain is provided to provide a compound which has excellent activity of a biological surface activator, and is capable of being used as a cleaning and purifying composition. CONSTITUTION: An Aureobasidium pullulans L-3-GPY strain generates a compound selected from a group which consists of compounds represented by chemical formula 1 to chemical formula 5. A cleaning and purifying composition includes a biological surfactant containing a single compound or a mixture of two or more selected from the compounds represented by the chemical formula 1 to the chemical formula 5.
