PURPOSE: A real-time cooperative business asset management system and a method thereof are provided to execute necessary maintenance in real time by catching an abnormal situation in real time. CONSTITUTION: A CBM(Condition Based Maintenance) based equipment diagnosis device(100) generates facility maintenance work information according to generated diagnosis information by diagnosing a business asset facility based on a CBM method. A share DB(DataBase)(200) stores the generated diagnosis information and facility maintenance work information. A real-time cEAM(real-time collaborated Enterprise Asset Management) server(300) transmits repair plan information to a worker terminal according to an analysis result by executing FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) process.
