<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of exactly indicating an abnormality by discriminating whether an abnormality occurring in water supply means is a failure of the water supply means itself or jamming of foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: A washing machine 1 includes: a drum 6 having a rotary shaft arranged horizontally or in a highly inclined state of the front; an outer tank 3 for housing the drum 6; a door 4 for openably/closably closing an opening of a front surface of the outer tank 3; a water supply valve 8 for supplying water to the inside of the outer tank 3; a water level sensor 27 for detecting a water level in the outer tank 3; a drain valve for draining water from the inside of the outer tank 3; and a control section for controlling rotation of the drum 6, the water supply valve 8 and the drain valve. The control section counts a prescribed water leakage abnormality counter when the water level sensor 27 detects a prescribed leakage water level after finishing an operation and indicates an abnormality when the count value of the water leakage abnormality counter reaches a prescribed number of times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
