<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system allowing a user to enjoy driving while listening to a music piece corresponding to various changes in traveling scenes, and to provide a server device, a terminal device, a method for transmitting music pieces, a method for reproducing music pieces, program and a data structure. <P>SOLUTION: The information system includes: a server device that acquires from a storage unit, music piece data with scenes identified by a received music piece data identifier, and transmits them to a terminal device; and the terminal device that accumulates music piece data with scenes that are required to the server device and received therefrom, in a terminal storage section, acquires music piece data corresponding to a scene identifier from the terminal storage section, and reproduces the acquired music piece data.
