<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag device capable of suppressing a rise of internal pressure in a gas supply passage when an occupant protection section is not properly deployed. <P>SOLUTION: This curtain airbag device 10 includes: the gas supply passage 35 which is stored in a folded state in a roof side part 18 and receives gas supply to be deployed downward of a vehicle along the roof side part 18; a main chamber 36 which is deployed on a lower side of the gas supply passage 35 by receiving gas supply through the gas supply passage 35; an internal pressure adjusting structure 60 for causing a release internal pressure adjusting chamber 62 to receive gas in the gas supply passage 35 when the internal pressure of the gas supply passage 35 becomes a prescribed pressure higher than a design deployment pressure, or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
