<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate reset noise in pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A solid state image pickup device 1 comprises: pixels 2 arranged in a matrix direction and having a charge voltage conversion terminal voltage-converting a signal charge transmitted from an optical charge conversion element by transmitting means and first reset means for resetting voltage of the charge voltage conversion terminal; a first signal wiring 8 connected to pixels 2 of each rows; first monitoring means for alternatively selecting rows; and a constant current circuit element 11 for supplying the constant current to the first signal wiring 8. In a row selected by the first monitoring means, the reset voltage of the charge voltage conversion element according to the first reset means is read-out and stored to the first signal wiring 8 in which the constant current is supplied thereto by the constant current circuit element 11, and is output, and the voltage of the charge voltage conversion terminal in which the signal charge is transmitted from the optical charge conversion means by the transmitting means is read-out and stored to the first signal wiring 8 in which the constant current is supplied thereto by the constant current circuit element 11, and is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
