<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fiber board by laminating resin-impregnated paper on the surface of a resin-containing mat and by heating and pressurizing molding, the board having excellent adhesion of the resin-impregnated paper, causing no occurrence of stain on the surface of the resin-impregnated paper, and with an excellent smoothness of the surface. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for manufacturing the fiber board 4 by laminating resin-impregnated paper 2 formed by impregnating resin into the paper on one face of the resin-containing mat 1 formed by including resin into the mat composed of vegetable long fibers.
