PURPOSE: A cap-ply using the different kinds of rubber with improved adhesive force with a belt unit is provided to improve the durability of a tire by improving the separation of a belt layer or the movement performance of a pneumatic tire. CONSTITUTION: A cap-ply(108) using the different kinds of rubber with improved adhesive force with a belt unit comprises lower rubber(114), a code(112), and upper rubber(116). The lower rubber is connected to a belt unit(106). The lower rubber is comprised of a gum edge rubber. The code is arranged in the lower rubber. The upper rubber is installed on the code. The rate of the lower rubber and the upper rubber is comprised of 50-140%.
