<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference current generation circuit and a reference voltage generation circuit that improve response speed at power-on time and when the power fluctuates. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current generation circuit comprises: a plurality of PN junctions 601 and 602; a transistor pair 604 and 605 sharing a gate-source voltage that provides current to the plurality of PN junctions 601 and 602; and a transistor 101 that provides current to the transistor pair 604 and 605 sharing the gate-source voltage. The constant current generation circuit generates less temperature dependent constant current. The reference voltage generation circuit generates less temperature dependent reference voltage by using the constant current, and has the transistor 101 providing current to the transistor pair 604 and 605 sharing the gate-source voltage, so as to reduce the load capacity of an operational amplifier 609, and the operational amplifier controls on-resistance of the transistor 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
