TIRE CONTAINING LAYERED COMPOSITE OF SEALANT AND AIR PERMEATION RESISTANT FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic rubber tire having a composite including a layered combination of a puncture sealant layer and a protective air permeation resistant film.

SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire 1, an inner liner composite 6 includes the puncture sealant layer 7 and an air permeation resistant film layer 8. The puncture sealant layer is an inside layer of the inner liner composite arranged adjacently to a carcass ply 5, and supports the air permeation resistant film layer arranged on an outer surface of the sealant layer. The puncture sealant layer includes (A) organic peroxide depolymerized butyl rubber or (B) polyurethane. The air permeation resistant film includes a thermoplastic material including dispersion of an elastomer domain, the thermoplastic material optionally includes a nylon film, and the elastomer domain optionally includes at least one of butyl rubber and sulfur-curing diene-based elastomer.
