HIGH FREQUENCY TRANSMISSION LINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission line less in loss due to a dielectric and a conductor and capable of being formed in multilayers easily.

SOLUTION: The high frequency transmission line includes: a flat plate-shaped dielectric 11; a flat plate-shaped dielectric 21 arranged so that the lower main surface thereof faces the upper main surface of the dielectric 11; a signal line conductor 12 arranged on the upper main surface of the dielectric 11; a signal line conductor 22 arranged on the lower main surface of the dielectric 21 so as to face the signal line conductor 12; a spherical conductor 36 electrically and physically connecting the signal line conductor 12 with the signal line conductor 22; a ground conductor 13 arranged on the lower main surface of the dielectric 11; and a ground conductor 23 arranged on the upper main surface of the dielectric 21.
