<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire with a terminal having the defective products that are reduced by limiting mixture of bubbles into a molded part, when injection molding a thermoplastic composition in a region surrounding the electric joint of the wire conductor of an insulated wire and a terminal metal, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal metal 14 is connected to the terminal of a wire conductor 18 exposed by stripping an insulator 22 at the terminal of an insulated wire 12 constituted by coating the outer periphery of the wire conductor 18 with the insulator 22. A region surrounding the electric joint of the terminal of a wire conductor 18 and the terminal metal 14 is injected molded with a thermoplastic resin composition having a viscosity of 5000 mPa s at 200°C, measured according to JIS K6862. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
