<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processing device capable of reducing the temperature rise of a punching waste storage container while conveying punching waste with air, and an image forming device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The paper sheet processing device includes a punching means for punching paper sheets, a punching waste conveying means for conveying punching waste generated by the punching treatment by generating wind, a conveying guide means for guiding the punching waste by orientating the wind generated by the punching waste conveyer, a punching waste separating unit which is provided on a conveying guide unit to separate the punching waste from the wind, and a punching waste storage container for storing the punching waste which is separated by the punching waste separating unit, dropped, and discharged from a discharge port formed in the conveying guide unit. A guide member for guiding the punching waste separated from the wind by the punching waste separating unit and dropped toward the punching waste storage container by an inclined surface which is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, is provided between the discharge port and the punching waste storage container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
