PURPOSE: A non-contact switch module for a brake light is provided to prevent carbonization in a process which applies a power through an input-output terminal. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact switch module for a brake light comprises a closed circuit by successively connecting a first input terminal(10), a brake lamp switch(30), a first small capacity FET switch(40), a first power switch(50), and a first output terminal(20). The first input terminal is applied about a power from a battery of a vehicle while being switched with the battery in a non-contact way. The first output terminal applies the power which is applied from the battery to a brake light while being switched with the brake light of the vehicle in a non-contact way. The brake lamp switch transmits the operation signal of the brake light to the first small capacity FET switch while being switched by being connected with a brake pedal operation of a user. The first small capacity FET switch is switched according to the switching signal of the brake lamp switch. The first power switch applies a power to the brake light from the battery according to the switching signal of the first small capacity FET switch. |
