PURPOSE: A functional composite flooring material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure soundproof, flame retardant, antibacterial, high-intensity abrasion resistance, and aesthetic properties and to shield water vein wave effect. CONSTITUTION: A functional composite flooring material comprises a melamine veneer(10), a soundproof plate(20), a poly isocyanurate form board(30), a bottom plate(40), and an inorganic based powder layer(50). The melamine veneer is formed by pressing kraft and pattern papers which are impregnated with phenol and a melamine resin at high temperature and high pressure. The soundproof plate comprises a plurality of soundproof grooves(25) on one side of middle density waterproof plywood. The poly isocyanurate form board adheres to the soundproof plate grooves using aqueous adhesive and molds by foaming to form tunnels by the soundproof grooves. The bottom plate is made of eco-friendly middle density waterproof plywood. The lower surface of the bottom plate is applied with inorganic based powder to form the inorganic based powder layer. |
