<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupancy area of a wall or ceiling when an acoustic structure is fixed on the wall or ceiling for use. <P>SOLUTION: An acoustic structure 10 includes three laminated pipes. A front face WU and a rear face WD of a pipe of an uppermost layer, a front face WU and a rear face WD of a pipe of a layer next to the uppermost layer, and the vicinity of the inside of a side face WL of a front face WU of a pipe of a lowermost layer are provided with holes, respectively.
