<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traceability management system capable of grasping a shipping destination with every manufacturing lot, and superior in privacy of management information while being simple. <P>SOLUTION: This traceability management system is for an industrial product placed in a circulating process to a delivery destination together with a delivery slip after attached with a lot sign by being managed for each manufacturing lot, and includes a central management server, and a portable radio terminal capable of transmitting predetermined data to the central management server via a communication network from a receiving base together with a terminal identification code. The portable radio terminal is used in the delivery destination, acquires a product name and the lot sign of the industrial product from the code imparted to the industrial product, after acquiring delivery destination information and delivery product information including at least a product name being a delivery object product and a delivery quantity from the code imparted to the delivery slip, displays a collation result of the delivery product information of the delivery slip, transmits the delivery destination information, the delivery product information and product delivery information of the lot sign to the central management server, and erases the information together with transmission completion of the product delivery information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
