<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a program for supporting cooking evaluation for improving awareness of environmental load by appropriately evaluating an amount of greenhouse effect gas emission relating to the cooking as well as evaluation results of a cost and calory, and outputting multilateral evaluation results. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of an evaluation system 20 identifies a menu, the number of persons, and primary materials according to the menu. In emission amount simulation processing, the control unit executes a primary material production step, CO2 calculation processing in transporting the primary materials, and CO2 calculation processing of a container package. Then, the control unit 21 identifies a cooking method, and executes CO2 calculation processing during cooking. Further, the control unit executes CO2 calculation processing in a storage, a disposal and tableware washing. The control unit 21 calculates a cooking efficiency on the basis of the number of persons.
