<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED mounting substrate and an LED lighting device which have excellent migration resistance and achieve high light utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An LED mounting substrate according to one embodiment includes: a substrate 1 made of a ceramic; a conductive pattern 2 provided on the substrate 1; an overcoat layer (a coating layer) 3 provided on the conductive pattern 2; and an LED element 7 provided on the conductive pattern 2. The conductive pattern 2 includes first conductive patterns 211 to 214 and a second conductive pattern 22, and the first conductive patterns 211 to 214 are coated by the overcoat layer 3. The second conductive pattern 22 is not coated by the overcoat layer 3 and is electrically connected with the first conductive pattern 213 and the LED element 7. The overcoat layer 3 is made of glass, the first conductive patterns 211 to 214 are made of silver (Ag), and the second conductive pattern 22 is made of an alloy of silver and palladium (Ag/Pd). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
