<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a field element, which can suppress magnetic unevenness of a permanent magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the field element comprises: a first step of storing a hard magnetic body 11 which is made to be a permanent magnet by magnetization, in at least one of magnet storage holes 21; a second step of inserting a soft magnetic body 30 in a first cavity part 22 corresponding to the hard magnetic body 11; a third step of forming the permanent magnet by magnetizing the hard magnetic body 11 from a side of the soft magnetic body 30 after carrying out the first step and the second step; and a step of removing the soft magnetic body 30 after carrying out the third step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
