<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical film equalizing the rate of plasticizer on both sides of the optical film in order to prevent the occurrence of a failure of a black unevenness pattern regardless of in which surface of the optical film a hard coat layer is arranged. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an optical film by forming a web 9 by casting dope including cellulose ester, solvent, and the plasticizer onto a support body 6 from a casting die 3 and thereby manufacturing the optical film F, the temperature of a position departing by an amount of a film thickness of the web 9 immediately after casting from the surface of the support body 6 is controlled lower by the range of 5°C or more and 30°C or less than the surface temperature of the support body 6 in a state the dope is not casted onto the support body 6, and the film is formed under the condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
