<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard communication system capable of exchanging data which is more accurate and has reduced noise. <P>SOLUTION: An onboard communication system 1 performs communication between a mobile terminal 10 and an onboard touch monitor device 20 and a meter device 30 provided to a vehicle, and contains a central communication device. The central communication device performs CAN connection to the onboard touch monitor device 20 and the meter device 30 in advance, allows the mobile terminal 10 to be inserted in an insertion hole H, and performs NFC communication with the mobile terminal 10 in an inserted state of the mobile terminal 10.
