<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machining device in which a tool is effectively cooled and the tool is fixed strongly. <P>SOLUTION: The tip of a tool holder 90 attached to a tool horn 60 is used as a tool mounting part 91. A cutter blade 160 is inserted into a tool holding slit 97 formed at the sip surface of the tool mounting part 91, and a fixing device 130 is attached to the outer periphery of the tool mounting part 91 to fasten and fix the cutter blade 160 into the tool holding slit 97. Cooling grooves 101 are formed at inside opposed surfaces of the tool holding slit 97. A cooling fluid flowing from the tool horn 60 through the inside of the tool holder 90 flows through the cooling grooves 101, and is spouted out of tips of the grooves so as to cool the surface of the cutter blade 160. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
