<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip capable of improving strength during delivering in such a delivery slip that has a structure in which a part of a base material is released and then attached on an article to be delivered. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery slip is prepared by laminating and sticking a base material 3 and a surface base material 2, and the surface base material 2 is divided by a first separating line 2a, into a releasing piece 2b to be released after sticking onto an objective article and a sticking part 2c to be stuck onto the objective article, and the base material 3 is divided into a releasing member 3c released before sticking it onto the objective article and a supporting member 3b held on the objective article by a second separating line 3a. It is characterized in that the releasing member 3c of the base material 3 is stuck releasably on the sticking part 2c of the surface base material 2 successively through a releasing layer 4 and a sticking layer 5, and the supporting member 3b of the base material 3 is releasably stuck on the releasing piece 2b of the surface base material 2 successively through an adhesive layer 6 and a releasing layer 7, and in the plane direction, the releasing piece 2b of the surface base material 2 is formed at a position included in the supporting member 3b of the base material 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
