<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely correct a ghost detected in a spectrometry device, at a high speed with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A ghost is detected from spectral data of a reference light measured by a spectrometry device, and a light amount ratio (or intensity ratio) α of an input light to a corresponding ghost and a shift amount di indicating a wavelength difference between the input light and the corresponding ghost are acquired for each wavelength of the input light. Further, a wavelength shift for the corresponding shift amount di is multiplied by the light amount ratio (or intensity ratio) α for each spectrometry wavelength of a measurement light so that a ghost is estimated. The ghost is removed from the measurement light, which enables ghost correction with a high precision in which an arithmetic amount and a memory amount are deleted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
