<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller that easily makes contrast adjustment possible even when the monitoring controller is installed in high temperature or low temperature environment, and further to provide a screen display method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring controller comprises: an information display section for displaying monitoring control information of an electric power system or a setting value; an input section to which a contrast adjustment command for adjusting contrast sensitivity of the information display section is input; and a contrast adjustment section for, when the contrast adjustment command is input to the input section, changing the contrast sensitivity of the display section to a maximum value or a minimum value within a contrast sensitivity range set beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
