<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed control of switching between tasks to a general-purpose CPU. <P>SOLUTION: When switching between tasks, an OS block 120 that executes a task control function by hardware transmits a switching instruction, which is included in a plurality of save areas 132 of a main memory 130 and indicates save areas 132 that respectively correspond to a current task and a task that is subsequently to be executed, to a CPU 110 via a general-purpose bus 150. In response to the switching instruction from the OS block 120, an execution control circuit 114 of the CPU 110 performs the following processing via the general-purpose bus 150: saving data of a processing register 112 to the save area 132 corresponding to the task that is currently executed; and loading, to the processing register 112, data of the save area 132 corresponding to the task that is to be subsequently executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
