<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified skin care preparation that gives both a tight feeling immediately after the application and such a tight feeling being felt from the internal side of a skin (as a feeling of fullness in the next morning) after the elapse of time and that has a feeling of no stickiness to skin. <P>SOLUTION: This oil-in-water emulsified skin care preparation includes (a) a wax fine dispersion composition which includes a wax in the state of solid to semisolid at ordinary room temperature, a nonionic surfactant, and a water-based dispersing medium, with a mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant/the wax being 1.0 or more, and in which the wax is finely dispersed to the state of solid or semisolid in a water-based dispersing medium, (b) one or more selected from a polyoxyethylene hardened-castor oil, a polyoxyethylene phytosterol ether, and an acrylic acid/alkyl methacrylate copolymer, and (c) an oil hydrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
