<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for audio reproduction which can be used as a hands-free telephone and perform stereo reproduction even in a configuration in which a portable terminal and a tablet terminal are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: A tablet terminal includes an interface connected to a portable terminal so as to perform transmission and reception of information with the portable terminal, a speaker for outputting audio, and a display part having a screen size larger than that of the portable terminal. The portable terminal includes: a receiver for outputting the audio; an interface connected to external equipment so as to perform transmission and reception of information with the external equipment; volume amplification means and volume setting means which make audio corresponding to the volume output from the speaker provided in the tablet terminal output from the receiver, and outputs the audio corresponding to the volume of the speaker from the receiver when connecting with a tablet device through the interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
