<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing the thickness deviation of a seamless steel tube by changing the opening/closing stroke of support rolls in a hollow shell-restraining mode to allow optimum roll opening setting. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, rotatable three rolls 1, 2, 3 surrounding the periphery of a supported material (a bar 10, a hollow shell 11) are connected to one arm 5 through a link mechanism 4, a rod of a first hydraulic cylinder 6 is connected to an end part on an opposite link mechanism side of the arm, a second hydraulic cylinder 7 is installed to an arm length intermediate part through a liner 9, and a worm jack 8 abutting on the rod tip of the second hydraulic cylinder is disposed outside the arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
