<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material having a coating film with warm tactile sensation. <P>SOLUTION: A base material 1 has a surface provided with a coating film 2 of a coating material of a curable resin composition containing particles 3 having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or more. The coating film 2 has a 10-point average roughness Rz (JIS B 0601:1994) of 10 μm or more. When a pure copper plate having an area of 9 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, a mass of 9.79 g, and a temperature of 30°C comes in contact with the coating film 2 having a surface temperature of 20°C at 10 gf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, the heat flow from the pure copper plate to the coating film 2 has a peak value QMAX of 0.3 W/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
