<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling method and liquid filling apparatus capable of filling a filling liquid up to a target weight neither too much nor too little, reducing a variation in the filling amount of a filled product, rapidly coping with disturbance changes in the physical property, filling environment or the like of the filling liquid. <P>SOLUTION: Before starting regular work of filling the liquid of the target weight into a container, an actual head amount by which it flows out from that filling valve after starting an operation of closing the filling valve is measured at flow rates of a plurality of patterns of the liquid to prepare a head characteristic curve interpolated by connecting together a plurality of control points indicating a corresponding relationship between the flow rate of each pattern and the actual head amount, or approximated to the plurality of control points, during the regular work, the flow rate when filling is measured in real time by a gravimeter, an estimated head amount by which it flows out after starting the filling valve closing operation according to the flow rate of the filling liquid which is being filled is always obtained based on the head characteristic curve, and the filling valve is operated to close at a timing that the filling amount of the liquid reaches a predetermined weight that the estimated head amount is subtracted from the target weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
