<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top ceiling mounting jig which is tailored to general-purpose use at a low cost and is capable of accurately positioning top ceilings with different sizes and shapes for each model. <P>SOLUTION: A cradle 2 mounts a top ceiling 10. A plurality of support cylinders 4 supports the top ceiling 10 from underneath, and is attached to the cradle 2 in such a manner that height is adjustable according to the underneath height different for each vehicle model. A pair of reference members 6 each is inserted from underneath into sun visor through-holes 10a formed on both sides nearer to front end edge of the top ceiling 10. A pair of lateral positioning mechanisms 7 is installed in such a manner that mutual spacing can be adjusted according to the vehicle width dimension different for each vehicle mode, at both sides of the other end side of the cradle 2. The lateral positioning mechanisms 7 performs positioning by contacting from outward lateral direction to both side end edges of backward half part of the vehicle of the top ceiling 10. A control device 12 controls height position of the support cylinder 4 and lateral position of the lateral positioning mechanisms 7 for each vehicle model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
