<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photochemical reactor capable of efficiently causing a photochemical reaction by multiphoton dissociation because of improvement in utilization efficiency of laser beams. <P>SOLUTION: The photochemical reactor stores a light transmitting reaction vessel 18 for causing the photochemical reaction of process gas with laser beams. The light transmitting reaction vessel 18 is disposed at a focus 16A of a metal mirror 16 formed as an elliptic body, and an optical fiber 26 is arranged such that laser beams pass through a second focus 16B of the metal mirror 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
