<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new emulsified composition having ceramide combined stably, and excellent in moisturizing effect, moisture evaporation inhibitory effect, feeling of use, and preparation stability. <P>SOLUTION: The aimed emulsified composition includes ceramide, phospholipid, isostearic acid, and a hydroxyalkyl (C12-18) hydroxy-dimer dilinoleyl ether.
