<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate consistency between specifications including compound phrases with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A concept information storage part stores a concept collection enumerating semantically different concepts and kinds showing characteristics of the concept collection on a concept using one or more phrases (concept phrases) showing a common meaning as a constituent. A compound phrase converting part converts a compound phrase into data on the basis of: composition of the compound phrase included in the data; kinds of phrases composing the compound phrase, obtained by referring to the concept information storage part; and kinds of parts of speech of the phrases composing the compound phrase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
