<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a stopped state of a vehicle with a high degree of accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An idle stop control device 1 performs control for stopping an engine when a vehicle is brought into a stopped state, during the operation of the vehicle 2 equipped with an ABS control device 20.
