<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve capable of easily adjusting the distance between a valve body and the handle operating position, less in the number of components, and simple in constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A handle 2a includes a joint member 3a to be attached to a valve stem 13, and a handle body member 4a having first to third arm parts 41a-41c. The inequality of L<SB POS="POST">1</SB><L<SB POS="POST">2</SB><L<SB POS="POST">3</SB>are satisfied, where L<SB POS="POST">1</SB>denotes the length from a base point O of the first arm part 41a to a fore end thereof, L<SB POS="POST">2</SB>denotes the length from a base point O of the second arm part 41b to a fore end thereof, and L<SB POS="POST">3</SB>denotes the length from a base point O of the third arm part 41c to a fore end thereof, respectively.
