<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator that can reduce work time and improve heat dissipation as well as winding efficiency while suppressing a reduction in insulation performance and breakdown voltage performance without providing the stator with an additional insulation member. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 1 formed by laminating a plurality of steel plates in a direction corresponding to a rotational axis of a motor includes: a yoke portion 10 formed into an annular shape; a plurality of teeth winding portions 21 protrusively provided from the yoke portion 10 in inward directions around which electric wires 30 are wound; and teeth leading end portions 22 formed in the inward directions of the plurality of teeth winding portions 21. Each of the plurality of teeth winding portions 21 is formed by laminating a plurality of steel plates S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>through S<SB POS="POST">m</SB>having shapes different from one another such that, at an end portion of the steel plates S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>through S<SB POS="POST">m</SB>in a lamination direction, thicknesses of the steel plates S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>through S<SB POS="POST">m</SB>are gradually decreased toward the end portion. The yoke portion 10 and the teeth leading end portions 22 have protrusion portions 26 and 27 formed by laminating a plurality of steel plates T<SB POS="POST">m+1</SB>through T<SB POS="POST">n</SB>and U<SB POS="POST">m+1</SB>through U<SB POS="POST">n</SB>such that the protrusion portions 26 and 27 protrude from the teeth winding portions 21 in lamination directions of the plurality of steel plates T<SB POS="POST">m+1</SB>through T<SB POS="POST">n</SB>and U<SB POS="POST">m+1</SB>through U<SB POS="POST">n</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
