<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of suppressing a reduction in adhesive power between a blade-like charging member and a support member thereof, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A charging device 2 includes a blade-like charging member 21 that contacts the surface of a photoreceptor 1 to charge the surface of the photoreceptor 1, and a support member 22 of the charging member 21 to which the charging member 21 is adhered. The charging member 21 comprises a plurality of elastic materials 21a and 21b having different conductivities: the elastic material 21b does not contain a conductive agent and forms at least a portion adhered to the support member 22; and the elastic material 21a contains the conductive agent and forms a portion that contacts the photoreceptor 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
