<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sensitivity of photoelectric conversion portions. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device according to the present invention comprises a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions. A read circuit outputs signals from each of the photoelectric conversion portions to a common output line as current signals. The read circuit is configured to include a plurality of transistors. Moreover, the read circuit includes a differential amplifier circuit outputting a current signal according to the amount of charges in each photoelectric conversion portion.
