<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cost reduction and a mounting area reduction by implementing such overcurrent protection as powering a holding circuit without using an auxiliary power supply. <P>SOLUTION: When an overcurrent is detected, under power supply from a power storage circuit 35 for storing power for at least a delay time of a delay circuit 32, a holding circuit 33 controls a switch circuit 34 to stop power supply to a load circuit 20 if an overcurrent detection signal detected by a current detection circuit 31 continues for a fixed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
