<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic apparatus capable of providing a comfortable driving environment. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electronic apparatus includes a control section 15, a display section 13 connected to the control section 15, and a flash memory 16. An input terminal 19 of charging start information is connected to the control section 15.
