METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A NANOSHEET AND NANOSTRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a nanosheet is provided to cheaply obtain large size nanosheet, to easily control the thickness of the nanosheet, and to uniformly form thin film. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a nanosheet comprises: a step of forming a polymer film(110) on a substrate including paper, a synthetic fiber, a natural fiber, or a mixture thereof; a forming a thin film(120) on the polymer film; and a step of burning the substrate and removing the substrate and the polymer film. A method for preparing a nanostructure comprises: a step of forming a thin film on the substrate; and a step of burning and removing the substrate.
