PURPOSE: A mobile chatting system is provided to enable mobile terminals to mutually communicate from each other by using a cartoon story method. CONSTITUTION: A first mobile terminal(10) displays a chatting with a cartoon story method by installing a chatting application. A second mobile terminal(30) displays a chatting user as a cartoon character and speech bubble. A chatting server(101) relays the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal. A chatting web server(330) receives the chatting message from the second mobile terminal to display the chatting web page. A manager server(102) receives a member join subscription request of a user from the first mobile terminal and provides predetermined points and a user ID(Identity).
