<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor driving device with enhanced durability of a power cable against foreign objects, such as pebbles and muddy water. <P>SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes: a motor part A; a wheel hub part C driven by the motor part A; a casing 22 that forms an outline of the motor part A; a terminal box 61 disposed in the casing 22 and surrounding a metal terminal of the motor part A; a locking part 66 that locks the middle part of a power cable 62 extending from the terminal box 61 to the outside of the casing 22; and a foreign object shield member 65 that is located between the terminal box 61 and the locking part 66 and prevents a foreign object from colliding with an exposed portion 62s of the power cable 62 exposed to the outside of the casing 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
