<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which is suitable for use in an ink jet recording method, made up of a combination of a pigment having improved storage stability and a glycol ether, and gives an excellent printing quality with little cissing and good paint-out on a variety of printing media, particularly film media. <P>SOLUTION: The ink set includes a first ink containing a first pigment, water, and a glycol ether having an HLB value as measured by the Davies method in the range of 4.2 to 8.0, and a second ink containing a second pigment and water and substantially not containing the glycol ether. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
